About Us

Garden Adventures Nursery in Nixa, MO is proudly family owned and operated by the Hargis Family.  Gardening has always been a passion for Randall & Christy Hargis and they further fulfilled that dream when they purchased the nursery in early 2021.  It was originally started by Dow & Linda Whiting of Boaz, MO.

We are the Hargis Family and would love to have each of you come in and say “hi” if you haven’t had the opportunity yet. We have some huge shoes to fill with the departure of Dow and Linda, but we are looking forward to the challenge and the delight of serving our customers. Thank you for the warm welcome from those we have already met and we look forward to meeting more old and new customers!
